BiancaVigna is an estate in Conegliano producing outstanding Prosecco. The winery is owned by two families: The Moschetta family and Cuzziol family. Elena Moschetta is the general manager of the estate and her brother, Enrico, is the oenologist and gifted winemaker producing the Prosecco here; he has long been a well-respected wine consultant in Valdobbiadene before owning this company. As winemaker, Enrico tries to honor the true aromas and flavors of the Glera grape while employing modern winemaking techniques in the cellar. He follows healthy vineyard practices and strives towards traditional farming. This philosophy is apparent in each bottle of his flavorful and refined Prosecco.
