Master Blender Rachel Barrie of BenRiach Group (Brown-Forman’s Scotch Whisky branch) has created The GlenDronach Batch 11 Grandeur 28 year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This highly sought-after release has been matured for a minimum of 28 years in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, resulting in only 3,181 bottles being produced, with a final ABV of 48.9%. The Grandeur series is known for its special, limited-release iterations of older GlenDronach whisky, presented in a regal display case and a distinct decanter-style bottle sealed with wax.

Upon opening a bottle of Batch 11 Grandeur, one will immediately detect the aromas of peaches and apricots mixed with swirls of smoke and booze-soaked raisins. On the palate, these scents translate perfectly, with additional hints of vanilla for a sweet and smooth finish.
