Aged for at least four years, this limited-release bourbon has a finished bottle strength of 100 proof and a mash bill consisting of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley. The aroma is a blend of cut oak, husked corn, and vanilla with hints of cut hay and spice. On the palate, you’ll experience flavors of vanilla bean, peaches, and crushed green peppercorns, all wrapped up in aged leather notes.
