Casey Jones Distillery is inspired by the man himself- a man who developed and sold uniquely square copper moonshine stills that were efficient and easy to break down in case a shiner needed to leave quickly. The craftsman built sills all over Golden Pond, Kentucky for over 30 years, and moonshine from there became known as the best around, often making its way to the infamous Al Capone. Casey Jones grandson, Arlon Casey Jones, became inspired by his grandfather’s ingenuity and passion and began crafting and producing moonshine in the original copper still from a recipe passed down through generations. Total Eclipse Moonshine, first created to commemorate the 2017 solar eclipse, continues his great legacy. Total Eclipse is a balanced blend of Kentucky-sourced corn and sugarcane. The mouthfeel is velvety, with light flavors of sweet corn, and a finish with a friendly heat, otherwise known as a nice Kentucky Hug. Enjoy it simply over ice or with your favorite mixer!
