Founded in 1964 with the purchase of Rutherford vineyard, Michael Honig along with friends, family, and a dedicated staff, took over production in 1984. The small winery has since grown into a successful family enterprise focused on collaboration and socially responsible practices. Leaders in sustainability, the Honig family continues to innovate, inspired by hard work and family values. Their Cabernet Sauvignon has a bright and open feel, with aromas of currant, plum and black raspberry leading into the palate along with notes of black pepper, nutmeg, and a whisper of dried herbs.
