Delirio De Oaxaca Anejo Mezcal (750Ml)

Delirio de Oaxaca Anejo Mezcal is a handcrafted mezcal. Delirio de Oaxaca Anejo Mezcal comes from Miahuatlan, Oaxaca, Mexico. Delirio de Oaxaca Anejo Mezcal was crafted by masterblender Ricardo Gonzalez. Ricardo grew up in a family of distillers and growers (Fourth Generation Distiller and Grower). The agave is harvested by hand and is cooked underground in stone ovens.

This technique is called the Tahona method. It fermented and is double distilled in copper stills. Soon after theMezcal is aged for two to four months in American oak barrels. It is filtered and blended to be 40% ABV and 80 proof. The flavors this mezcal carry are smokey and full of agave flavor. This Delirio De Oaxaca Anejo Mezcal is made out of 100% Agave and is certified by the Mexican government.
