Over the years, the distillery has maintained its traditional production methods, including the use of copper pot stills and traditional perennial warehouses for aging. At the request of Justerini & Brooks, the 12-year-old Knockdhu was renamed AnCnoc to avoid confusion with J&B’s Knockando.
The 12-year-old AnCnoc is an exceptionally mild and elegant malt with only very slight hints of peatiness.
