The Koval Distillery is still quite young. Opening in 2008, it was the first whiskey distillery to begin operations in Chicago after Prohibition.
The single barrel rye whiskey is made from unmalted organic rye. This bottling is aged in American Oak Casks and receives a finish in a Maple Syrup Cask.
The bottling is neither colored nor chill-filtered.
