The Mossburn casks are produced to our own specifications. A distinction is made between Cask Bill #1 for the malts from the Iceland region and Cask Bill #2 for the Speyside region. All bottlings in the Signature Cask range are bottled without chill-filtration and without colorants.
Mossburn Foursquare 12 Years Old is a whisky that first matured in ex-bourbon casks and then received its finish in casks that were previously filled with Foursquare rum from Barbados. This finish in the rum casks gives the whisky special aromas and an additional depth of flavor.
This is a limited edition that comes from a batch of only 38 casks.
