Slyrs ORGANIC Single Malt Whisky 43% Vol. 0,7l in Giftbox

Since 1999, the Slyrs distillery has been producing the first and only single malt whisky in Upper Bavaria that is produced using the classic rough and fine distillation process. The whisky matures in newly manufactured American white oak barrels with a volume of 225 liters. The name “Slyrs”, a creative Gaelic interpretation of the place name “Schliersee”, reflects the regional roots and the cultivation of tradition.

The use of certified, single-origin organic barley malt and carefully selected American white oak barrels not only guarantees the taste of the whisky, but also promotes environmental protection. The meticulous and careful production on site, the exclusive use of recycled glass and the local GMUND Bio Cycle paper, the best local grain and pure mountain spring water emphasize the authenticity and sustainability of this unique whisky.
