The Dingle Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is produced on the Dingle Peninsula in Ireland by the Dingle Distillery, founded by Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. This pot still whiskey is part of the “Wheel of the Year” series, which honors the eight festivals of the Celtic year.

The latest edition, the Grianstad an Tsamhraidh Single Pot Still Whiskey, matured in American rye casks and honors the summer solstice.
