BROC CELLARS Love Sparkling Chenin Blanc 2023

Crafting sparkling wine is always an enjoyable adventure, with each Broc Cellars vintage offering something new to discover and love. This year’s bubbles are concentrated and zippy while maintaining a soft, thirst-quenching crispness. Love Sparkling is designed to be an everyday sparkling wine, perfect for spur-of-the-moment dinners, yet it still shines on special occasions. The Chenin Blanc grapes arrived from Shell Creek Vineyard on an August morning and, after a few hours on the skins, were directly pressed into a stainless steel tank for natural fermentation. Chenin Blanc must was added, and the wine was transferred into pressurized tanks while still slightly sweet to complete fermentation. The wine is hand-bottled with no disgorging or dosage and light sulfur added at bottling.
