The Yaku Wari Cask No. 73 is made from the juice of Ecuadorian sugar cane. After an eight to nine day fermentation, the double distillation takes place in the Alambik Pot Still. The rum matures for 7 years in Virgin Oak Casks before being bottled at cask strength.
