From a later ripening site, the 2021 Pinot Noir Dierke has a darker appearance and offers notes of ripe black raspberry liqueur and brushy earth. On the palate, it has great purity and energy in its notes of ripe red berries, turned earth, beet root, and ripe tannins, and lifted freshness.
