2022 Day Wines Lemonade Chehalem Mountains AVA, Willamette Valley

Made of all organically grown Pinot noir from 6 vineyards around the Willamette Valley. The sites were picked over the course of two weeks and the timing and variety of sites makes for a multidimensional, very pale pink, ros. It runs the gamut from bright lemon and white grapefruit citrus, to riper orange and pink grapefruit, rose, strawberry, raspberry and a flinty finish. All direct pressed, settled, and racked to stainless steel for native fermentation. No additions other than minimal SO2 at bottling.12% ABV.
