Winemaking notes
Muscat a Petit Grains Rouge grapes were hand picked at the Duffys Nyah vineyard in Victoria and transported as whole grapes to our winery at Rowella in Tasmania. The fruit was de-stemmed and crushed and allowed to begin ferment on skins to ensure maximum flavour intensity. The ferment is then pressed and fortified at the desired Buame level. The wine is the matured in oak and blended as required.
