Every drop of Lighthouse Gin is hand made by Rachel Hall, New Zealand’s first female Head Distiller, and crafted in small batches using natural spring water from the Remutaka Range’s ancient aquifer. Lighthouse gin contains nine botanicals including hand-zested Yen Ben lemon that gives way to a low juniper, citrus forward taste profile that is clean, fresh, and vibrant.
