Our latest release is the 2018 vintage. The 2018 growing season stands out as aclassic Napa Valley vintage. Awet spring set the tone with good spring growth. A long cool growing season- one where we brushed 100 degrees infrequently, followed. Warm weather lingered into October and we picked on Oct 8. The blend is 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, and 7% Petit Verdot. The 2018Dyer Vineyard Diamond Mountain Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is an expressive version of our Cabernet blend- richly aromatic with currents, plums, hint of violetsandsavory notes of cedar. At this young age it isshowing all the depth of flavor and textural richness that are hallmarks of Diamond Mountain and Dyer Vineyard. Its a classic vintage, hitting all the notes that you have come to expect from Dyer and Diamond Mountain.
