The Blaufrankisch is from our Pomar estate, originally planted for legendary winemaker Ken Volk. The grapes were sent directly to press, whole cluster, and fermented in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. We blend and bottled it in January 2023 to retain its youthful, bright energy and freshness.
