The original Siembra Valles Blanco is bottled at 80 proof; Siembra Valles High Proof is bottled at 92 proof, presenting an elevated version of the Valles produced with creative bartenders and demanding palates in mind. Valles High Proof has a transparent blanco appearance with complex organoleptic elements and body.

Beginning with a silky texture, Valles High Proof has strong aromas of cooked agave expected from Siembra Spirits. The prevalent agave scent and taste is due to the use of bagasse in fermentation.
