Introducing De Matachines Peasco 750ML, an exquisite expression of Salmiana Crassispina agave from the rich terroirs of Peasco, San Luis Potosi. Distilled at an ABV of 47.9%, each bottle encapsulates traditional craftsmanshipfrom brick oven and steam cooking to tahona crushing and fermentation in pine wood. The final distillation occurs in a clay pot, also known as a “campanilla” style still.

Batch Size: Exclusivity reigns, as only 235 bottles make up each batch.

Tasting Notes: Peasco captivates the palate with its complexity, offering nuances of cinnamon, pepper, and other spicy tones. The aftertaste is eloquent yet ephemeral, lingering just long enough to make an impression before gracefully dissipating.
