In 2001, Rossi modernized the recipe for Antica Sambuca Classic and relaunched it on the market. This reinterpreted anise liqueur is characterized by its production from natural distillate, which is carefully enriched with aniseed and a selection of 15 other spices and herbs, giving it its unmistakable taste.
