Since 1989, Trummer Frucht has stood for the preservation of regional orchards and old fruit varieties in southern Burgenland. The family business began with its own fruit pressing plant and has continued to develop over 35 years – from the first production facility to the modern farm store in Pinkafeld. Today, the company employs over 20 people and has been managed by the next generation, Martin Trummer, since January 2022.

Trummer Uhudler liqueur captures the characteristic aroma of Uhudler grapes in a unique composition. With its intense berry fruitiness, subtle spiciness and refined depth, this liqueur combines the unmistakable characteristics of southern Burgenland.

The Uhudler grapes are carefully selected and gently processed in order to preserve their natural aroma in the best possible way. The result is a fruity, sweet delight that reflects the power of nature in liquid form – a real cornucopia of intense aromas.
