Vinification: The grapes were harvested by hand in small crates, then destemmed and macerated for 12-15 days at a controlled temperature of 24-27C in stainless. Refinement took place in stainless steel tanks for a period of about 6 months. The wine was left to rest in the bottle for another month before release.
