From the southern foothills of the Garraf Massif at an elevation of 60m and a direct line to the sea 4km away. Now (2021) 100% Xarello grown on clay-calcareous soils with an average age of 40 years. Grown with minimal intervention and hand harvested in early September. 100% destemmed, fermented in a stainless steel tank with native yeasts. After the end of the fermentation, the wine ages for 6 months, one part in stainless steel tanks and the other in a used barrel with fine lees. Bottled with a slight gentle filtration. Total SO2 is 47mg/Lt. Only 1,100 bottles produced this vintage, second release ever.
