• Size:Catharina owns 0.18 ha (0.45 ac) and purchases 0.30 ha (0.74 ac) from her neighbors
• Variety:Pinot Noir
• Vine Age:Planted in the 1970s
• Terroir:Located on the southern side of the appellation, just below the 1er Crus.
• Viticulture:Organic and biodynamic (not certified), plowed with a Chenillard under the vines, all of the farming in the neighbor’s section done by Catharina since 2024.
• Vinification:50% whole cluster, ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Aged for 12 months in used barrels. Minimal SO2 additions throughout.
