Making of: the grapes are hand-picked and hand-destemmed. Freshly-pressed merlot juice is added before fermentation. Fermented spontaneously in fiberglass containers and aged in 9 dames-jeannes in Fabrices Saint Emilion grotto. Bottled by hand directly from the barrel, unfined, unfiltered, with no added SO2.
