El Chupadero stands at 1,400 meters of elevation and the soils here have a great mix of clay, sand, and limestone. The wine is 50% Listan Negro and 50% Negramoll, made from a short maceration in an open-top fermenter and transferred to French oak barrels. Completes malolactic and is aged on the lees.
