Liquid sunshine. Wed like to formally nominate this as THE park wine of the summer. Our first proper ros, pompette is a direct-press of pinot noir with unfettered notes of grapefruit, bitter orange, and strawberry leaves. Its effervescent and zippy, with buzzy youthful energy reminiscent of sour straws and Jolly Ranchers. While it gives off the structure and brightness of an orange wine, this ros was made with pressing freshly picked Pinot Noir, on top of just pressed macerated Pinot Noir skins.

And frankly, itll make your front stoop feel tropical.
