But Falls is the first whiskey distillery in North Wales for more than 100 years. It is located in the village of Abergwyngregyn. The distillery produces whiskies, gins and liqueurs from sustainably sourced ingredients and Welsh-inspired botanicals.

Aber Falls Single Malt Welsh Whisky is made from 100% Welsh barley malt and rock-filtered water from the Aber Falls waterfall. It is aged in a traditional perennial warehouse on the Menai Straits. The whisky spends distillation in a mixture of copper and stainless steel stills. The whiskey matures in oloroso sherry, PX sherry, bourbon and virgin oak casks.
