The Single Malt is bottled with 022 PPM and 019 SPPM. Never before has the measured degree of sweetness been indicated on the bottle label.
A so-called “micro maturation” was used for the first time in production. Until now, this method was only used for Ailsa Bay Whisky.
Micro Maturation means a 6-9 month storage in Hudson Baby Bourbon Casks which have a capacity of 25-100 litres and a storage in Virgin Fist Fill and Refill American Oak Cask for further years.
