This limited edition was released to celebrate Feis Ile, the famous Islay Festival of Music and Malt, and was initially matured in bourbon casks for 11 years. The whisky was then transferred to Ruby Port hogsheads for a three-year finish, giving it a special depth and complexity. The whisky, which was originally filled in bourbon casks on May 26, 2009 and transferred to Ruby Port hogsheads on November 17, 2020, impresses with its bold aromas of ripe cherries and dark chocolate.
