After the agave reaches full maturity it is harvested using sustainable methods. Casa Noble is committed to sustainable, natural practices, using compost and consistently tending to the land. Casa Noble Reposado Tequila is superior, high-quality tequila, and is made with a base of triple distilled, aromatic and delicious blanco. Its next most important ingredient is patience, as most Reposados age for around four to six months but Casa Noble Reposado matures for 364 days in new French oak barrels. Carefully blended, this tequila develops a smooth and complex balance of flavor within these barrels, resulting in enticing aromas of vanilla, florals and lemongrass that lead into the palate with flavors of sweet roasted agave, dried fruits, vanilla and lightly toasted oak.
