This Pot Still Whiskey belongs to the new series “Wheel of the Year”. The series pays homage to the eight festivals in the folkloric cycle of the Celtic year.
The fire festival Bealtaine is the third section, which marks the end of spring and the beginning of summer.
The whiskey is triple distilled and produced by Master Distiller Graham Coull. Maturation takes place in bourbon barrels and then the whiskey goes through its finish in Shiraz barrels.
This is a limited bottling of 5,000 bottles.
The bottling is neither colored nor chill-filtered.
