In Monferrato, Italy, Ercole, a wine crafted by a generations-old co-op of local growers in the region, showcases delightful flavors. The wine exhibits notes of peach pit, pear, and sweet nectarine accompanied by delicate floral undertones. Its palate is characterized by crushed pineapple and sweet citrus, all harmoniously balanced on a smooth, mineral-driven foundation.

This unique wine is primarily composed of 80% Cortese, the native grape of Piedmont commonly used in Gavi. To add a distinct twist, it is blended with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
