Winemaker Description

Clos du Temple is a very pale and glittering ros. Its nose reveals notes of ripe fruit (apricot, white peach), floral notes of rose and spicy green pepper aromas. On the palate, we find the same scents, with a delicate finish of blond tobacco.

95 Points James Suckling | Pale salmon color with a copper tinge. A serious ros with a discreet mineral whiff to the fresh vanilla, tangerines, peaches, thyme, spices and fresh flowers. Full-bodied for rose with a broad structure to it. I love the texture and the creamy, yet fresh mouthfeel, rendering a taut palate with fresh, medium acidity. Flavorful and long. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink now or hold. (2021).
