The Hummingbird Rum Meisterstueck Edition 3/24 continues the successful journey of the Hummingbird Rum brand, bringing a perfect harmony of Caribbean craftsmanship and European winemaking expertise. This Barbados Edition 3/24 impresses with a new elegant bottle and a unique finish in Australian sweet wine barrels, developed in collaboration with renowned winemaker Leo Aumann. Hummingbird Rum always remains a guarantee of quality, honesty and incomparable enjoyment.

The base of this molasses rum consists of a blend of an 8-year-old column still and a 5-year-old pot still rum, matured in ex-bourbon barrels under the tropical conditions in Barbados. The second maturation takes place in exclusive Austrian sweet wine barrels (Selection de Baies), which deepens and refines the rum’s aromas. This special refinement gives the Hummingbird rum its unmistakable character and makes it a real masterpiece.

With an alcohol content of 43% vol., Hummingbird Rum 3/24 offers an elegant variety of flavors that includes both tropical freshness and warm, spicy character and is perfect for pure enjoyment or as a base for fine rum cocktails.
