Kazi Cellars Pinot Noir Sonoma Valley 2021 750 ML

Grown in Sonoma Valley near the border with the Carneros region. Aged for 17 months in French oak barrels, using minimal sulfite additions and zero interventions such as fining and filtration. Opens up after 15-30 minutes of uncorking. Once open, the wine exhibits a bouquet of cherries and plums and light oak, cinnamon, and clove. Mouth-watering acidity and restrained fruit on the palate with hints of raspberry, warm oak, cinnamon, and cloves. The wine is full on the entry, mid-palate, and finishes with mouth-filling fine-grained tannins. Pairs well with grilled salmon, leg of lamb, BBQ chicken, mushroom dishes, and beet salad with goat cheese. The pairings are endless.
