Jamaica Rum is made from a blend of Caribbean-grown sugar cane and molasses, distilled and then aged in oak barrels for at least a year. The rum is produced in small batches and each bottle is hand-numbered and labeled with the date of distillation. The spirit is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
