Crafted by the Michlits family on their Demeter-certified Meinklang farm, this wine is a testament to the farms harmonious integration of agriculture and viticulture. Located in the Pannonian countryside, the farm is a model of diversity, cultivating ancient grains, fruit orchards, vegetable gardens, wildflower meadows, and 300 Angus cattle. Led by Angela and Werner Michlits, Meinklang embodies a return to traditional mixed farming, crafting wines that celebrate the land’s natural elegance and abundance.
