With an annual production of approximately 800 liters, he passionately crafts this exceptional batch of Espadn, distilled in May 2021.

Don Celedonio’s dedication to his craft is deeply rooted in his ancestral heritage, tracing back generations of palenqueros in Logoche, Miahuatln. In preserving this cherished tradition, he and his wife, Telesfora, work hand in hand, with her expertise shining in the fermentation and distillation processes.

Representing a harmonious blend of heads, hearts, and tails, this batch of Espadn radiates the distinctive essence of the terroir, faithfully embodying the Aquino family’s renowned craftsmanship from Logoche.
