Ostinato Fine Ambra Dolce is a sweet Marsala wine made using traditional methods rarely seen in the appellation, especially for Fine wines. It starts with a high-quality base wine from old Grillo, Inzolia, and Catarratto vines, which naturally have a higher alcohol content. This wine is aged longer than the minimum Fine requirements, resulting in a Marsala with deep vinous character. It’s great with blue-veined cheeses, cookies, or in desserts like Tiramisu, and can be stored for up to six months after opening.
