softer and the palate, there’s a subtle quality to the fruit
that lends a certain depth and complexity, with a mouthfeel that’s altogether intriguing.
A reserved style of Sauvignon Blanc, not an ostentatious
style. No showing off here with overt or over-hewn
aromatics; instead, theres a more textured and concentrated profile that highlights the softer notes of pear,
apricot, peach juice, and stone fruits. The mouthfeel is
just right, and the acid is well-balanced. Its objective is to
be as satisfying as it is to delight the jaded and go well
with anything white wine pairs well with. There was
barely more than 100 cases produced, so, perditus qui
