Ruinart Ros, as with all Ruinart champagnes, is made with a high extent of Chardonnay giving incredible artfulness and style – so normal for Ruinart champagnes. Introduced in a rich eighteenth century style bottle, this champagne uncovers such a crisp, particular, flower petal pink shading. To be served as an aperitif, trailed by poultry. A mix of 45% Premier Cru Chardonnay and 55% Premier Cru Pinot Noir. Fine and supported enduring air pockets. A fine nose, inconspicuous and fruity: little red berries, for example, redcurrant and blackberry. An extremely serious wine. An energetic taste , and all around adjusted sense of taste
