The mash bill is Mash bill is 74% corn, 18% rye, 8% malted barley and each bottle includesbottle number, batch number, batch date, barreled date, char level (all are char level 4), and barrel type (all areAmerican White Oak). Sam Houston has batched the bottles using only three barrels at a time, creating a range of unique tasting notes. Each batch notes are also listed on the bottle. This new spirit was sourced out of a distillery in Bardstown and then “curated at Bardstown Bourbon Company.”
