Scorpion Real Anejo Mezcal is made out of 100% Agave, it is double distilled. The production of this mezcal is under the strict supervision of Consejo Regulador de Mezcal. Scorpion Real Anejo Mezcal is aged in French Oak barrels. The agave is cooked in brick ovens to get the smooth medium body flavor.

The finish is long, silky, sweet, and has a spicy finish. The color is clear, it sits in the glass like a small puddle. The first sip has flavors of lime, citrus, cucumber, and savory herbs. The initial taste is dry and sweet at the same time. It has lime, citrus, leather, dry smoke, and tonic. It has a smoky aftertaste.
