Each orange is carefully harvested by hand while slightly underripe, ensuring the peel is perfect for liqueur production.

Traditional Craftsmanship

The meticulous process begins with cutting each peel into four pieces using a wooden knife to avoid staining. These pieces are then dried in sunlight for five days, with great care taken to keep them dry at night. The dried peels, combined with secret spices and herbs, are placed in cloth jute bags and hung inside a still filled with alcohol derived from natural cane sugar. This mixture is cooked for three days, cooled, and then distilled over another three days to create a small batch of 55 gallons of base spirit.

Perfectly Blended for a Unique Flavor

The distillate is then moved to a blending tank, where water and approximately 400 kilograms of sugar are added per batch. The result is a beautifully balanced liqueur that is bottled on-site. Available in three traditional colorsblue, orange, and clearthis liqueur is also Kosher certified, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and purity.
