Distillation is carried out using mineral water called EVA, which comes from the highest spring in Europe, located at an altitude of 2,042 meters. This water is used for distillation to guarantee the quality of the gin.
The bottle of Sibona gin is made from recycled glass, also known as “wild glass”. This helps to reduce CO2 emissions and avoids wasting raw materials.
