Siembra Metl Ensamble Agave Spirit 750ml

Siembra Metl celebrates ancestral mezcal producers by bottling the small-batch productions of family producers, offering them fair compensation, and preserving their traditional methods. Their aim is to bring the mezcal to a wider audience in the US, beyond the producers’ local communities.

Currently, Siembra Metl is featuring the work of maestro Jorge Prez and his family. Jorge and his son Miguel distill their mezcal just meters away from their home, cultivating and harvesting agave in the surrounding area as they practice their craft.
