The Signature Editions from St. Kilian are individually bottled and signed with their own cask signature.
The St. Kilian Signature Edition THIRTEEN Single Malt Whisky matures in an extraordinary composition of five different types of wood.
Palatinate oak, Hungarian oak, wild robinia (false acacia), chestnut and cherry are thus used.
Distillates from 2016, 2018, and 2019, which were made from 54 ppm Scottish peat-smoked malt, mature in the five virgin-fresh wood barrels to create a characterful smoky single malt.
The Signature Editions are neither colored nor chill-filtered and are bottled in the iconic St. Kilian pot-still bottle.
